1.     Information that We Collect.

When you use the Application or the Website, we automatically collect aggregate information (such as information about how many visitors visit, the time of such visits, the content viewed, and other non-identifying statistics), and we may also collect demographic and profile data about you, including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, current location, and phone number, and responses to a few basic questions that may be asked of you when you register to use the Services.

When you use the Services, we collect precise location data from the Application. If you permit the Application to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the Application is running in the background or foreground.  You can disable this setting, and prevent the Application from accessing your location.  However, this may adversely impact your use of the Services.  You will be required to input your address manually if you do not permit the Application to access location services.

We also collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, distance traveled, and other related transaction details.

We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, your IP address, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.

We also may receive data related to communications with us, including the date and time of any calls or SMS messages, your phone number, and the content of the SMS message.

All information we collect is referred to herein as “Personal Information.”  As more fully set forth herein, we use this Personal Information to measure the use of the Services, to improve the Services, and to provide you with the best possible experience.

Additionally, in connection with promotions or other third-party services, you may be required to provide certain information to merchants or a third-party payment processor (collectively “Third Party Processor”), including but not limited to credit card or other financial account information, and your billing or shipping address (collectively referred to herein as “Processor Information”). From time to time the Services may use cookie and tracking technology. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering general information about you and other Website users, such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Website, understanding how visitors use the Services, and customizing the Services for users.
